For processing and packaging, we use Lake Geneva Country Meats.
Processing fees include harvesting, cutting wrapping, boxing, and freezing. By using Lake Geneva Country Meats you, the customer, are able to select the type of cuts that best suit your family’s needs.

3.Next, we will work with you to select your choice of cuts from our butcher, Lake Geneva Country Meats. Processing for Beef is SOLD OUT FOR 2025. Processing for Pork is October 16th. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for your order to be ready.
